Managing Director
Hello, I’m Mukarram Husain Khan, founder of Capital Group, with over 30 years of experience in real estate and land development. I studied Economics at the University of East Anglia and earned a Master’s in Management from the University of Buckinghamshire. After starting in my family business, I pursued my passion for real estate—co-founding Concord Condominium Ltd., leading BRAC Concord Lands Ltd., and later founding Capitaland Development Ltd. in 2002 to enhance housing in Dhaka. I also served twice as President of REHAB, in 2007 and 2012.
